How we help clients prepare for the journey of their project

“We found you really easy to work with, very ‘user-friendly’, and the process felt like a genuine partnership. You listened to our thoughts, ideas and wishes and converted them into a workable and professional plan for a way forward.

A building project offers incredible rewards. It is an opportunity to take an idea, develop it and see it take its place in the landscape for generations to come.

At the same time, it isnt something to be taken on lightly. Its a journey that involves difficult decisions and has enormous responsibilities. Part of our role as architects is to help our clients enjoy the process as much as possible. We are aware that the journey tends to be long, and there are a lot of twists and turns along the way. However as part of our process we have looked to clearly set out the route we take so that you can always know where you are and what the key next steps will be, no matter what temporary diversion we need to take to overcome any local difficulties.

One of the ways we do this at Communion is to give all new clients a guide called Making it Happen. It tells clients more about us, the way we work and what we stand for. Most importantly, it also provides information about the processes we follow as a project progresses. Its a useful reference that shows clients the journey their project will go on and how it will unfold.

If you want to take a look at this guide before you move forward with us, just let us know and we can send you a digital copy.

Communion delivered the service that I hoped it would and much more. Nothing was too much trouble and all problems (on this tricky project at times) were always sorted out promptly and efficiently in a friendly manner. Communion has a very laid-back approach which belies their professionalism and I found you very easy to work with.
